📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee the implementation of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure that the company's HR practices are in line with best practices and legal requirements.
• Work closely with senior management to drive HR strategy and ensure that HR initiatives are integrated with the overall business strategy.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR governance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, and strategic policy management in a highly regulated environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Certifications in HR governance, compliance, or strategic HR management are a plus.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.
