As a Customer Service Representative at Zamzam Renovasi, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support. You will work closely with our design and project teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless renovation process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Assist clients in understanding project details, timelines, and costs, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
• Assist in the organization and management of customer data using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the home renovation or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
