📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the company's accounting processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
