As the Corporate IT Manager at Lime Hotels and Resorts, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the technology landscape across all our properties in Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to implement and maintain state-of-the-art systems that enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire technology infrastructure across all Lime Hotels and Resorts properties in Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of advanced IT systems, including property management software (PMS) and guest experience platforms.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect guest data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the IT team to drive digital transformation initiatives and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to staff to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
• Monitor and optimize network performance to support high-speed internet and other digital services.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven expertise in property management software (PMS) and guest experience platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality technology solutions and trends.
