📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any safety or quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation to project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain site equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide guidance and support to site workers, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards, including SNI and other relevant codes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Professional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
