As a Medical Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to develop personalized treatment plans. Your daily tasks will include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing education to patients and their families. You will also collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients' progress and document findings in electronic health records (EHR) using our in-house system.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and advancements in rehabilitation medicine.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the rehabilitation unit, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Report any adverse events or changes in patient condition to the supervising physician promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical rehabilitation nursing or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and our in-house system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
