📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and timely payment of salaries.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and tax information.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and expense tracking.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.
• Participate in audits and financial reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a payroll or financial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Valid accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
