🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certification in IT Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
