As a BPOM Compliance & Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance of our products, ensuring they adhere to the strict guidelines set by the BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan). You will work closely with our team to navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements, providing guidance and support to ensure our products are safe and compliant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure all products meet BPOM regulatory requirements and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance strategies accordingly.
Provide training and guidance to the team on regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with legal and quality assurance teams to address compliance issues.
Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in regulatory compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the healthcare or supplement industry.
Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of BPOM regulations and guidelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
