In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and tutorials,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials,Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong command of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Creative and analytical thinking skills

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMaker)Content Management Systems (CMS)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSSEO and digital marketing principlesProject management skills
