In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales and marketing initiatives, assisting in market research, coordinating promotions, and ensuring our brand message is consistently communicated across various platforms.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Maintain and update our company website and social media platforms with engaging content.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups and responses to inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
