As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and supplies at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Collaborate with other departments to meet their material and supply needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is beneficial.
