📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and onboarding processes with selected candidates.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel within Jambi and other regions as needed.
