📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor production processes using advanced software such as SAP and MES systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
