📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from receipt to distribution.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to service teams.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the service department to meet customer needs.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports.
- Participate in training and development programs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in parts management or inventory management.
- Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
