📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Monitor and maintain store operations to meet sales targets.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Assist in planning and executing store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
