📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales and promote products to increase revenue.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
