📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of daily operations.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems.,Monitor and report on fuel and water consumption.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyages.,Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to junior crew members.,Handle crew disciplinary issues in accordance with company procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and STCW Deck Safety Training (DST) certificates.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and procedures.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Seaman's Book (STCW) and other relevant maritime certificates.,Experience in navigating and operating various types of vessels.
