📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Designing user interfaces for our medical applications,Conducting user research and usability testing,Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups,Collaborating with the development team to ensure design implementation,Maintaining and updating design systems and style guides,Providing design feedback and suggestions to improve user experience,Ensuring that all designs are accessible and compliant with accessibility standards,Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field,Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices,Experience with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare workflows,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
