📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Inspect and maintain HVAC systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life
  • Generate and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC maintenance and repair
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
