📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance records to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, insurance requirements, and legal obligations.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fleet productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, fuel, and mileage.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
