PT Yudha Kencana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Site Engineer to join our team in Madiun. As a Deputy Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise site activities, including construction, maintenance, and installation works.,Ensure that all site operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.,Ensure that all materials, equipment, and labor are available and properly utilized on site.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential problems.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management and engineering.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel frequently to different project sites.
