📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying and contacting potential customers.,Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Promoting our products or services through various marketing channels, such as social media, email, and events.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our products or services based on customer needs and preferences.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to network with potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
