Glow Sun Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with management.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace satisfaction and engagement.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
