Smart Royal Sentosa is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Bengkulu. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being connected to our main office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and support to branch staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.,Monitor branch performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and improvement.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as develop and implement effective training programs.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies, including video conferencing, project management software, and collaboration tools.,Ability to travel to the branch location as needed for in-person meetings and training.
