📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create, review, and manage technical documentation for our software products.,Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.,Mentor and train junior technical writers to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements for technical documentation.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and other documentation standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong background in software development and a deep understanding of technical concepts.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development life cycle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong commitment to quality.
