Hotel Umar Medical Center is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our hotel's facilities and equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.,Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.,Proven track record of successful maintenance management.,Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with relevant maintenance software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
