As a Deputy Waiter, you will be responsible for assisting our head waiter in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in managing the dining area and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for customers.,Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Support the head waiter in training new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food presentation.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
